PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner whose charge amt. does not become unstable, even when the toner is used for a long period of time, and to provide an image forming method using this toner. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner comprising associated plural polymer fine particles, the total volume of pores having 0.1μm or smaller pore diameter on the toner particle surface is 30% or less of the total pore volume of the toner particle surface. The polymer fine particles contain a monomer unit having ionic dissociative groups, and a part or the whole of the ionic dissociative groups are in a dissociated state.
