发明名称 PREPARATION OF REFORMING CATALYST FOR HYDROCARBONS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for preparing the hydrocarbon reforming catalyst which enables the improvement of the reforming ratio of hydrocarbons by increasing the ratio of the content of the catalyst components per the surface area. SOLUTION: Primary raw materials of alumina and magnesia are mixed with nickel oxide in a wet process, then after drying and pulverizing to obtain the mixture and, adding a binder to the mixture and granulating the mixture together with an organic nucleus. Through- holes 3 are formed from the surface to the nucleus in the radial direction of the granulated molded material and the nucleus is removed by cracking. After calcining, the molded material is fired to form a hollow carrier having an internal space 2. The carrier thus obtained is immersed into a solution containing nickel nitrate and at least one compound of rare earth elements to impregnate these compounds into it, and then dried. The thus treated carrier is again fired to obtain the reforming catalyst. As the carrier containing catalyst components and having reforming activity is further impregnated with the catalyst components, the ratio of the content of the catalyst components per the total surface area can be increased, and thereby the reforming effect is improved. The shortening of the impregnation time, the improvement of the productivity, the increasing of the surface area and the lightening of the catalyst are achieved by providing the through-holes 3 which are communicated to the internal space 2.
