PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide content distribution by Push technique and a database generating and updating system at a distribution destination by which HTML contents are accumulated in a client by using the Push technique efficiently, perused in a local environment and also electronic order-accepting/ordering processing is quickly performed and to provide a recording medium in which the program therefor is stored. SOLUTION: A server 1 stores content information in a direction that has a hierarchized category name and makes a column name which is for extracting index information from a category name and content information a database and stores it, and a client 9 receives the content information and database information from the server 1, makes them a database and stores them, extracts index information from the content information with the column name in a database as a key and stores it in the database.
