PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Cr-Si alloy having good magnetic properties as well as excellent workability at the time of producing and moreover combining corrosion resistance and inexpensiveness. SOLUTION: This alloy is the one having a compsn. contg., by weight, 1.5 to 20% Cr, 2.5 to 10% Si and <=5% Al, in which the total content of C and N is reduced to <=100 ppm, and the balance iron with inevitable impurities and having >=60 μΩcm specific resistance. One or more kinds selected from Mn, P and Al may be incorporated therein respectively by <=1%. |
