PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient compressing performance, even when this system is used for the detection of the failure of large-scaled industrial design and to realize the shortening of the executing time by recognizing the segments of a vector in a restoring stage, detecting each segment as object failure, and including the rearrangement, removal, and merger of the segments. SOLUTION: The set of text vectors and the list of failures to be detected are inputted together with each detecting time (2.01). Then, the object failure set is selected (2.02), and whether or not any object is present is checked (2.03), and then a restoring procedure constituted of an inspection step (2.05) and an improvement step (2.06) is executed. Then, whether or not the restored vector sequence includes the segments is confirmed (2.07). When the segments are present, the removal and rearrangement of the found segments is operated (2.08). As long as such an object failure is present, the new set of the object failures is selected (2.02), and this operation is continued. |
