<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a personal voice dictionary with high personal authentication accuracy with a comparatively small amount of utterance for a newly registered user. SOLUTION: Plural infinite speakers voice dictionaries created for factor to be characteristics of voice are preliminarily stored in an infinite speakers voice dictionary storage part 305, in the case of registration of the newly registered user, voice data of the newly registered user is fetched in an infinite speakers voice dictionary selecting part 302 through a voice input part 301, the infinite speakers voice dictionary with closest characteristics to the voice is selected from the voice dictionary storage part 305, the personal voice dictionary is created by adapting the selected dictionary based on the voice data of the newly registered user in a personal dictionary creating part 303 and is stored in a personal dictionary storage part 306. In the case of authentication, discrimination whether the speaker is the said person or not is executed by fetching the voice data of the speaker in a personal authentication part 304 from the voice input part 301, comparing and collating line voice data with the personal voice dictionary stored in the personal dictionary storage part 306.</p> |
