PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the electrostatic destruction of board trigger by providing a top board area having a first conductivity, a dope well having a second conductivity and a part of second and third dope areas, a second dope area having a second conductivity, and a third dope area having a first conductivity therebetween. SOLUTION: This device is comprised of a first top board area 80 having a first conductivity and a second top board area 70 having a second conductivity different from the first conductivity on a board 65. Further, it includes a first dope area 87 having the first conductivity which is within the first top board area 80, a second dope area 86 having the second conductivity which is partly within the first and second board areas, and a third dope area 88 having the first conductivity which is within the second top board 70. Since the board 65 has a lower resistivity than the top board area 70, it is connected rigidly with a first power supply power 45 (ground). Therefore, excessive holes can be eliminated in the board 65 thanks to its low resistivity. |
