PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption current by feeding the power only when an operating and running condition detecting means, is needed to operate. SOLUTION: When a control signal to show that the tongue of a seat belt is installed to a buckle is input by a buckle connecting condition detector 16, an MPU 14 outputs a high level signal (H) to a transistor 22 through a resistance 21. As a result, the transistor 22 is turned ON, a current flows to a coil 25 from a power source 27, and a contact 26 is turned ON, and the power source is fed to an MPU 15, a distance sensor 12, and a steering angle sensor 13. When the control signal to show that the tongue of the seat belt is installed to the buckle is not input from the detector 16, the MPU 14 outputs a low level signal (L) to the transistor 22 through the resistance 21. Consequently, the transistor 22 is turned OFF, the current does not flow to the coil 25 from the power source 27, and the contact 26 is also turned OFF, and the power source feeding to the MPU 15, the distance sensor 12, and the steering angle sensor 13 is stopped. |
