PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain weatherproof, remarkably reduce surface pressure dependency of a horizontal spring constant and display a stable base isolation effect by sticking a protective layer to outer peripheral surfaces of two sheets or more of hard plates and making the protective layer non-sticking or weak-sticking to an outer peripheral surface of a rubber-like elastic plate. SOLUTION: A laminated rubber bearing body 1 is provided with a base isolation laminated body 5 in which a plurality of hard plates 9 and rubber-like elastic plates 10 are alternately laminated and stuck and a protective layer 6 covering the outer peripheral surface of this base isolation laminated body 5. By sticking the protective layer 6 to outer peripheral surfaces 9s of upper and lower hard plates 9U, 9L, an outer peripheral surface of the base isolation laminated body 5 is air-tightly covered. Space between the protective layer 6 and an outer peripheral surfaces 10s of the rubber-like elastic plates 10 can be made non-sticking by forming a gap G. Because the protective layer 6 and the rubber-like elastic plates 10 are made non-sticking and independent each other, the rubber-like elastic plates 10 can be deformed according to horizontal load without being prevented by the protective layer 6 and a stable base isolation effect from which surface pressure dependency of a horizontal spring constant is reduced can be displayed. |
