摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce torsional vibration, regardless of fluctuation of oil temperatures, by specifying a relation of an initial step set operating angle of a clutch, rotational resistance of a transmission and an initial step spring constant of the clutch and specifying a relation of neutral point moving amount set based on this rotational resistance and the initial step spring constant and an initial step set operating angle on a plus side. SOLUTION: In this clutch disc device, a relation of an initial step set operating angleθMAX of a clutch which is calculated from strength of a clutch rib, rotational resistance TO of a transmission according to an oil temperature, initial hysteresis H of the clutch, an initial step spring constant K of the clutch, a vibration frequency (f) of an explosion primary component due to torque fluctuation at the time of engine idling, moment of inertia IH of the clutch rib and moment of inertia IDP of a drive pinion is set so as to satisfy an expression (I) 2/θMAX (TO-H/2)<K<2π<2> f<2> (IH+IDP). A relation of neutral point moving amountθT set based on these TO and K, an operational angleθNL when TO is set with O and initial step set anglesδ1 ,θ1 ' on the plus side and a minus side is set so as to satisfy an expression (II)θ1 >θNL+θT and an expression (III)|1θ1 '|>=NL-θT.
