PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the position recognition accuracy of the gamma ray in a nuclear medicine diagnostic device equipped with a semi-conductor detector. SOLUTION: In a nuclear medicine diagnostic device, a plurality of semi-conductor detection elements in which a bias application electrode 2 and a signal fetch electrode 4 are formed on both sides of a flat semi-conductor cell 1 are arranged in a two-dimensional manner in X and Y directions, the gamma ray is detected from the radioisotope charged in a sample by the semi-conductor detection elements, and the internal concentration distribution of the radioisotope is generated based on the detected signal. The bias application electrode 2 is split into a plurality of electrode elements 2a, 2b in Z-axis.
