<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor capable of preventing the bleeding of a resistor layer to the outsides of upper electrode layers and preventing the upper electrode layers and the resistor layer from being dropped into a through hole when the chip resistor is constituted as a multichip resistor. SOLUTION: In at least a part of upper electrode layers 20a, 22a, the width of the layers 20a, 22a is increased in the inside direction of a chip resistor and the width of a resistor layer 30a itself is also increased from its end parts in the inside direction.</p> |
