<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remotely measuring and recording device for electromagnetic potential transient fluctuation capable of remotely measuring and recording the transient fluctuation of the electromagnetic potential of a desired object. SOLUTION: In order to discriminate the electromagnetic wave from an object body 1 from others, an electromagnetic potential transient fluctuation remotely measuring and recording device is provided with a gate means 7 in which a specified set time is set synchronous with a result of judgment of a judging means 5 and when the result of judgment is re-inputted in the specified set time and the maximum value of the output amplitude of circuits 3, 4 is judged to exceed the re-set value, this event is canceled, and when the result of judgment is not re-inputted in the specified set time, and the maximum value of the output amplitude of the circuits 3, 4 is judged not to exceed the re-set value, the event stored in a temporary recording means 6 is passed to a recording means 8 to count, record or store the event.</p> |
