PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation unit by which handling time required for assembly work is reduced and an image forming device using it. SOLUTION: A holding shaft 131 extended in a direction in parallel with a photoreceptor 11C is inserted through a mount 150 where a bearing 114 is fitted, and an engaging roller 132 is attached at the top end of the holding shaft 131. Pressing members 134 and 135 respectively attached at unit plates 82 and 83 possess a sliding plate 136 slidable along the surfaces of a unit front face plate 82 and a unit rear face plate 83, an engaging member 140 engaging and disengaging with/from the engaging roller 132 in accordance with the sliding of the sliding plate 136 and a spring 147 urging the engaging member 140 in the direction in which the engaging roller 132 is pressed down.
