PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expandable scaffolding board of which the length can be changed continuously. SOLUTION: An expandable scaffolding board 2 comprises a first component 4, a second component 5 to which the first component is fitted in longitudinal direction in a freely movable manner, and a lock 6 which blocks the movement of the first component 4 to the second component 5 in longitudinal direction. The lock device 6 comprises a rack 11 provided in the first component 4, a stopper 12 supported by the second component 5 and interlocking with the rack 11, and a torsion coil spring 17 for exerting the stopper to 12 to a direction interlocking with the rack 11. Stopper 12 comprises an upright handle portion 13, a rack linking portion 14 arranged near the apex of the handle portion 13, a pair of right and left horizontal shaft supporting portion 15 provided at the bottom portion of the handle portion 13 and a horizontal shaft 16 crossing between the right and left shaft supporting portion 15 and fitted in a guide groove 23 provided at the second component 5 in a freely movable manner in width direction and is made freely rotatable around the axis line of a horizontal shaft 16. |
