SOLUTION: A flexible tube 14 connected to a cap 12, a base member 40 having the holding surface 30 for guiding and holding the flexible tube 14, the pressure roll 44 capable of being tumbled while squeezing the flexible tube 14 and a guide member 42 moving the pressure roll 44 along the flexible tube 14 are provided, and the pressure roll 44 is moved while engaged and meshed with the base member 40 and gears 52, 54. |
