PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce thermal stresses to a heating body at rising of the target temperature of the heating body whose the heat capacity is made low. SOLUTION: A ceramic heater 33 is set so as to raise a temperature to a target temperature by supplying a constant power W2 to the ceramic heater 33 from a commercial power source 36, after the temperature of the ceramic heater 33 is raised to a controlled temperature by supplying a constant power W1 from the commercial power source 36 to the ceramic heater 33 over a sample time selected, based on the initial temperature of the ceramic heater 33 from the plural sample times which are predetermined by an engine controller 30. |
