PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp the progress of work based on the state of a produced result matter by receiving the designation of a work process, referring to result information on a result matter associated with it based on link information and seeking for the progress state of the designated work process based on the progress data of the result matter. SOLUTION: A result matter information storing part 3 stores result matter information including data that shows the percentage of completion (progress state of each result matter) of a result matter in the result matter management system of a design development project including plural work processes. A project information storing part 2 holds work process information on a work process included in each design development project. A link information storing part 4 holds link information that associates a result matter with work process information. A process managing part 7 receives the designation of a work process, refers to result matter information on a result matter associated with the work process based on the link information and seeks for and shows the progress state of the designated work process based on the progress data of the result matter.
