PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject skin reformation agent capable of applying to apellous sites caused by wound, burn, cutaneous ulcer or the like, protecting these sites and promoting granulation, skin regeneration and healing by including epidermal cells in a fluid medium or the like. SOLUTION: This skin reformation agent is obtained by including (C) epidermal cells and/or (D) fibroblasts and preferably also (E) an extracellular (preferably collagen, gelatin, chondroitinsulfuric acid, hyaluronic acid or the like) in (A) a fluid medium or (B) a plastic medium. The above-mentioned epidermal cells are obtained by such a method that epidermis of skin is dipped in trypsin at 35 deg.C for about 15 min and, thereto, a nutrient medium e.g. DMEM+10% FBS is added and shaken so as to disperse the cells and centrifuged at about 400×g for 15 min. |
