PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new valve actuating member which can be easily structured and mounted with no metal dislike part which requires a necking work a shoulder pressing. SOLUTION: An open/close means for communicating the inside and the outside of a valve main body 11 at first position, and preventing the communication between the inside and the outside of the valve main body 11 at second position in cooperation with a seal member 31 shutting off the valve, and a mounting member 60 capable of holding a valve shutting-off member at a predetermined position in the valve main body 11 are provided. The mounting member 60 is connected to an open/close means 15 through a part breakable when the working member is provided in the valve main body 11 and the mounting member 60 is fitted with the shutting-off seal member for keeping the mounting member 60 in the valve main body 11.
