<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of bit error characteristics by blocking the penetration of a reception signal into a local oscillation, when the level of the reception signal becomes large. SOLUTION: This device has a first impedance element 33a, which is serially provided between a transmission part 1 and a local oscillator 22 and inputs a local oscillation signal to the transmission part 1 at transmission and a second impedance element 33b which is serially provided between a reception part 11 and the local oscillator 22 and inputs the local oscillation signal to the reception part 11, and sets the impedance of the second impedance element 33b at the reception, and when the level of a reception signal is above a specified value or larger than the impedance of the second impedance element 33b when the level of the reception signal is equal to than the specified value.</p> |
