PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanized steel sheet producible without using special equipment such as a flash plating device and securely exhibiting excellent lubricity. SOLUTION: In a steel sheet in which the surface of a plating layer in a galvanized steel sheet is coated with a phosphate film, the center line average roughness of the plating layer after the coating of the phosphate film: Ra (μm) and the coating weight of the phosphate film expressed in terms of phosphorus: Cp (mg/m<2> ) satisfy the following (1) to (3): (1): Ra>=0.5, (2): Cp >=50 and (3): Cp <=93×Ra+93. Moreover, the phosphate film is preferably composed of the amorphous one, and in the case the kind of the plating in the galvanized steel sheet is hot dip galvannealing, it is recommended that the surface layer part of the plating layer is composed ofδ1 phases.
