PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic toner having good heat storage ability, exhibiting satisfactory anti-offsetting property in fixation, attaining low energy fixation and capable of stably maintaining an image against heat and load over a long period of time from the point of when of the storage and transportation of printed matter. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic toner contains at least a colorant, a bonding resin and a high melt viscosity resin having a wt. average mol.wt. of 300-3,000 and 10<3> C-10<6> Pa.s melt viscosity η at 140 deg.C. The difference in SP value between the bonding resin and the high melt viscosity resin is or less. The softening point of the high melt viscosity resin is in the range of 100-150 deg.C. |
