PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from changing or copying information of multimedia without permission of a copyright holder by recording the reconstitution information to be used for reconstituting plural blocks from pre-processed contents. SOLUTION: A pre-processed picture forming part 3 forms (produces) 'a pre-processed picture' by defining divided plural respective blocks as spatial positional relations different from mutual positional relations in an original picture. When a signal indicating a judgement result that the changing and the eliminating of land mine data are not present is transmitted from a judging part 8, an original picture restoring part 5 restores the original picture from the pre-processed picture based on the signal and data from a pre-processed picture storage part 4 (moreover, based on 'the reconstitution information' for restoring the original picture by reconstituting respective blocks) to output it to a display part 9. Thus, the restoring part 5 makes the user appriciate the original picture by restoring the original picture in this manner. |
