<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily perform operation condition input work by arranging an operation switch in the display part to control a moving mechanism equally to an operation switch in an operation panel. SOLUTION: In this circuit board inspection device, an operation switch is displayed in the display part to control a moving mechanism equally to an operation switch in an operation panel together with an image screen to set an operation condition of the moving mechanism. That is, a pseudo-operation panel 44 containing a camera moving button 51, a probe moving button 52 and the moving mechanism operating key part 53 is displayed on a probing position setting image screen 41. The camera moving button 51 is operated while referring to a camera image display image screen 43. Thus, present position coordinates of a camera are displayed in the present position display part 45. Therefore, since there is no need to move a line of sight to the operation panel, operation condition setting work can be quickly and easily performed, so that the occurrence of misoperation can be previously prevented.</p> |
