PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot rolling oil composition for aluminum and an emulsion type hot rolling oil for aluminum capable of keeping an emulsion in a loosed state while retaining emulsion stability, carrying out a stable operation for a long period of time even without renewing a part or the whole of a rolling oil by using a circulation system attached to a circulator to which a strong shearing stress is applied, making both excellent scam removing properties and emulsion stability coexist, having improved lubricating properties as the function of a rolling oil, capable of providing a rolled aluminum plate having excellent surface qualities. SOLUTION: The hot rolling oil composition for aluminum and emulsion type hot rolling oil for aluminum comprise (a) 0.01-0.05 wt.% of triethanolamine, (b) 0.5-1.0 wt.% of at least one kind selected from a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant and (c) 1.5-15.0 wt.% of a fatty acid and the rest composed of at least one kind selected from a purified mineral oil, purified oils and fats and a synthetic oil. |
