PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an appropriate suction negative pressure by setting the inner volume of a suction tube from one end to the vicinity of a part being held by a holding part smaller than that at a part on the downstream side of the holding part in a suction pressure generating section. SOLUTION: Tubes 72, 74 have an identical length L2 at the small diameter section SD thereof and the length L2 is set longer than the length L1 at a part being supported by the guide groove 62G of a guide block member 62. When such tubes 72, 74 are squeezed by a roller member 52, the negative pressure P[=1-Vo/(Vo+Va)] in the inner space at the small and large diameter sections SD, LD is prevented from decreasing because of relatively small internal volume Vo at the small diameter section SD when the internal volume Va at the large diameter section LD is specified. Width of the roller member 52 along the rotational axis 52S thereof is set such that the tubes 72, 74 can be pressed or squeezed simultaneously. |
