PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive characteristic of a patch for performing a makeup or pharmaceutical treatment by providing a matrix formed of a material having self-adhesive property before application to the skin, and burying a permeable structure near the surface within the matrix. SOLUTION: This patch has a matrix formed of a self-adhesive material, and a back sheet 2 applied to one side thereof. The back sheet 2 is subjected to corona discharge treatment to improve the adhesive property of the matrix. A polyamide net 4 is buried in the matrix 3 adjacent to its surface 5 to make contact with the skin, whereby a perforated structure is constituted. This net 4 is situated in a distance emin form the surface 5, and its strands form a zone reduced in thickness in cooperation, whereby the adhesive property to the material constituting the matrix 3 is reduced.
