PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the torque at the time of driving and to remarkably stabilize the travelling, performance by compounding a montan wax and one or Sasol wax as a lubricant at the specific rate in a polishing liquid. CONSTITUTION:In the case of manufacturing of the polishing tape by applying the coating liquid including adrasives, binder, compounding agent and solvent on a flexible substrate, the montan wax and/or Sasol wax at 0.1-5wt.% per the solid part weight in this coating liquid is contained in the coating liquid. The travelling is thus improved remarkably and the stabilized polishing tape or polishing disc can be obtained. Consequently, polishing or cleaning can be performed with good efficiency without causing a scratch on the finishing face and cleaning face of the material to be polished and the body to be cleaned even in case of the tape or disc thus manufactured being used for the polishing or cleaning of a magnetic disc, magnetic head, etc. |
