PURPOSE:To provide an electron wave interfering device in which a data flow machining logic circuit for executing a signal processing by causing electrons to move through a quantum fine wire by controlling a propagating direction of an electron wave according to an electric field with the wave itself as an information carrier. CONSTITUTION:A quantum fine wire 9 is branched in a Y shape in two directions, protruding fine wire structures 7, 8 are partly provided at the branched wires 10, 11, and a common gate electrode 12 for the structures 7, 8 is arranged. If a common electric field is applied, the number of waves of the electron wave to be propagated thereat is modulated. |
