The present invention relates to single-use devices for the intravascular introduction of medicinal solutions and more precisely to sterile single-use droppers. The device of the present invention comprises a dripping chamber (1) in the form of a tank that defines a flow cavity (7) containing a solid-phase medicinal preparation (8). The outlet of the dripping chamber (1) is connected to a tank (2) so that the volume of said tank changes as it is filled with a solution up to a predetermined working value. The outlet of the tank (2) is fitted with a discharge tube (4). The device also includes a filtration system (9) that comprises at least one porous filter for carrying out a sterilising filtration. In one embodiment, the tank consists of a resilient flow vessel having a predetermined working volume. In another embodiment, the pore dimensions of the filter vary from 0.002 to 8 mu m and said filter is arranged at the outlet of the flow cavity. The dripping chamber is tightly connected to a closed tank containing the base solvent.
