PURPOSE:To perform stable and highly accurate constant voltage operation and to simplify circuit constitution and a transfer sequence by providing a current detecting means which detects the output current value at the time of voltage control. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a voltage control means A which performs constant voltage control over a transfer means 2 and an output current detecting means B which detects the output current value at the time of the constant voltage control by the voltage control means A. Further, a decision storage means C which judges whether or not the output current reaches a desired value is provided and the output voltage to a transfer material 3 is determined according to the output of this decision means C to find a target output voltage value. The arithmetic result of the output voltage to the transfer material 3 is stored in a decision storage means C and when 2nd or succeeding printing operation from power-ON operation is performed, the control is started with a voltage which is a constant multiple of the output voltage value stored in the storage means C to find a desired output voltage value. Therefore, transfer high-voltage control which is performed conventionally through hardware is performed through software. |
