<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a lowering of loss or the like of a light signal by providing an opening inside an airtight adaptor with an insertion hole enough to receive a photo-voltage converting section and arranging a positioning holder for the photo-voltage section and a keep member to keep an upper part of the photo- voltage converting section. CONSTITUTION:A hollow airtight adaptor 2 is fixed at an opening 11 of a closed container 1 being kept airtight. A step part 21 is provided inside the adaptor 2 as mounting seat of transparent glass 3 and the glass 3 is fixed outside the step part 21 being kept airtight. A positioning holder 8 is fixed at an opening 22 inside the glass 3 with an insertion hole 81 enough to receive a photo-voltage converting section 5. A bottom plate 82 is provided at an end facing the glass 3 of the insertion hole 81 of the holder 8 to support periphery of the converting section 5. A pad plate 83 is inserted between the side of a polarizer 51 in the converting section 5 inserted into the insertion hole 81 and an internal side of the insertion hole 81 and pressed with a press screw 85 mated with a thread 84 provided on the side of the holder 8 until no gaps exist between optical parts of the converting section 5.</p> |
