<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make very easy such welding operations as spot welding and arc welding of component parts from the outside as well as other operations and make a remarkable improvement of operation efficiency because component parts of an automotive main body jig can be pressed or clamped from the inside by having almost all wood pieces, which are members for pressing or clamping component parts of the automotive main body jig, and members and devices for moving the wood pieces on the inside. Members have been a hindrance to the welding operation and the like because members for securing the component parts of the automotive main body had been positioned on the outside. SOLUTION: An automotive main body jig is composed of a conveyor 1 for conveying an automotive main body and component parts of the automotive main body, an elevating device 2 for elevating underbody jigs for the automotive main body, an upper base 3, a plurality of posts 5 hanging down from the upper base 3, arms 6 provided on respective posts 5 in a rotatable manner, and wood pieces 7 provided on the arms 6 in a rotatable manner. Component parts of the automotive main body result in being secured from the inside by a plurality of wood pieces 7.</p> |
