PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately control the temperature of cell cooling water, effectively take out heat attendant on power generation to the outside, and operate a fuel cell in high heat efficiency at stable operating temperature. SOLUTION: A branched pipe in which a heat exchanger 4 and a temperature control valve 42 are arranged is installed in parallel between a cell cooling water circulation pump 3 and a cell cooling line 1C in a circuit for supplying cooling water obtained with a water vapor separator 2 to a fuel cell main body 1 as the cell cooling water, the temperature control valve 42 is adjusted according to the detected value of a power generating current detector 10 and the detected value of a thermometer 41 to control the temperature of the cell cooling water. The pressure of the water vapor separator 2 is detected with a pressure gage 21, a pressure control valve 6 installed in a circuit for taking out water vapor to the outside is adjusted according to the detected value, and the pressure of the water vapor separator 2 is kept constant. |
