The invention relates to a novel heat insulation method applicable to buildings in two ways : 1) By diffuse heat radiation reflection and diffuse convection from the outer and inner surfaces of the beds of the exterior wall-building, the exterior floors, the interior wall-building and the interior floors of the buildings. 2) By low-emission heat radiation, by diffuse heat radiation reflection and diffuse convection from the inner surfaces of a parallel separation plane filled with confined stratum of air and constructed to the inner side of the beds of the exterior wall-building and the exterior floors of the buildings. All these surfaces are covered by a white-coloured liquid-insulating material which is manufactured in three types (‡,‰,†), and coloured by added colouring substances; the said insulating material, when dried up, becomes insoluble in the water and constitutes the final surface of the aforementioned beds. |
