<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the circuit cost and realize a miniaturization by making the voltage of a current supply source of a V/I conversion circuit a voltage corresponding to an input voltage, and adding gain function to the V/I conversion circuit. SOLUTION: This flowmeter is equipped with a voltage converting means 13 converting a flow rate voltage signal Vafs as an output of a flow rate detecting means into a voltage in a constant range, voltage/current converting means 14, 16 converting the converted voltage into a current proportional to the value of the flow rate voltage signal, a current/voltage converting means 12 converting the converted current into a voltage for digital conversion, and a voltage changing means 15 increasing and decreasing the output of the voltage converting means 13 in accordance with the value of the flow rate voltage signal.</p> |
