PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the noise resistance of a data transmission device. SOLUTION: When the data transmission device is constituted including 1st pads (PAD1-1 to PAD-n) for wire bonding, input circuits (311-1 to 311-n) which take in signals transmitted through the 1st pads, comparing circuits (313-1 to 313-n) which compare the output signals of the input circuits with a threshold of a specific level, and threshold generating circuits (316-1 to 316-n) for generating the threshold, 2nd pads (PAD2-1 to PAD2-n) are provide which are coupled with the input terminals of the threshold generating circuits and formed adjacently to the 1st pads. Noise components appearing in the outputs of the input circuits appear even in the outputs of the threshold generating circuits and signal level variation due to the noise becomes equal to threshold variation so that the noise components are canceled by the comparing circuits. |
