PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the busyness of a train by starting braking operations after the time corresponding to the speed difference between the running speed of the train and a check speed has elapsed when the running speed of the train exceeds the check speed. SOLUTION: A speed checking section 3A compares a check speed based on an ATC signal received through an on-vehicle antenna 1 with the running speed of a train from a tacho-generator 2 and, when the running speed exceeds the check speed, a brake control section 3B reads out the data about the braking operations starting time corresponding to the speed difference from a memory 3C and decelerates and controls the train by outputting a brake operations output to brake equipment 4 when the time elapsed after the running speed exceeds the check speed becomes coincident with the data about the braking operations starting time. |
