PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-type inductance element which, provided to an electronic device, etc., provides stable mounting characteristics, by providing no groove part or very small groove part so that the end part of coil does not significantly protrude out of an outline even if the end part of coil is jointed to an electrode. SOLUTION: Terminal parts 14 and 15 are provided at both ends of a base body 7, with a coil 13 wound between the terminal parts 14 and 15. Here, the terminal parts 14 and 15 comprise a terminal electrode and a joint layer, and thickness T of the terminal electrode and diameter (t) of the coil 13 are set so as to satisfy the relation 0.3<P<5.0, where diameter of the coil 13 is (t), thickness of the terminal electrode is T, and P=T÷t.
