PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a through-current from flowing into switching elements, and to reduce switching loss and switching noise. SOLUTION: A switched capacitor circuit SC is constituted with a plurality of cells SCbi connected in series. Each cell SCbi is provided with four switching element Si1 to Si4 (i=1 to 5) in the bridge circuit and capacitors Ci which are connected parallel to each arm of the bridge circuit. A through-current preventing and consuming means comprising the parallel circuit of an inductor Li5 and diode Di5 is connected to each capacitor Ci. Consequently, this structure prevents the flow of the through-current, when the turning on and off of the switching elements Si1 to Si4 are changed over. |
