SOLUTION: To a position where the normalized conductance component of admittance at a first frequency is about 1.0 and the normalized susceptance component is positive on a power feeder 101, a first stab ST1 of an electric length of the susceptance component of about zero at a second frequency higher than the first frequency is connected. To the position where the normalized conductance component of the admittance at the second frequency is about 1.0 and the normalized susceptance component is negative on the power feeder 101, the second stab ST2 of the electric length of the susceptance component of about zero at the first frequency is connected. |
