PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display fingering to enhance speedily a musical performance technique by assisting a musical performance. SOLUTION: A ROM 5 stores a musical sound data for a musical performance. A CPU 1 determines whether the musical sound data read out from the ROM 5 is a fingering musical performance operation or not. A fingering condition is displayed on an LCD 12 when determined as the fingering musical performance operation, and an LED 3 corresponding to a key of a key board 2 is lit. A sound source 7 generates a musical sound signal in response to the musical sound data and a sound indication from the CPU 1.
