FIELD: mining and construction industry. SUBSTANCE: device has vessel for location of removed ground, mechanism for discharge of ground, and percussive-action mechanism for shifting of vessel. Vessel is made open at forward end and incorporates side wall. Body of percussive-action mechanism is connected with vessel. Mechanism for discharge of ground is made in the form of at least one radial through-passage located in side wall of vessel for delivery into vessel internal space of working agent under pressure during unloading of vessel and/or for outcome of air from internal space of vessel during its loading. Aforesaid embodiment of device ensures simplification of design with simultaneous increase of speed and reliability of discharging operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 13 cl, 6 dwg
