PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of original material and the weight of an optical recording medium. SOLUTION: The medium consists of a circular plate shaped single plate disk 2 and a hub member 10 which is mounted at the central section of the disk. A disk center hole 4 is provided in the central section of the disk 2. The member 10 has a hub main body member 11 made of synthetic resin material and a magnetic member 12 mounted on the member 11. The member 11 has a hub fixed section 11a, which is arranged in a ring shape at a hub main body member peripheral section, and a hub fitting section 11b having a protrusion shape in the thickness direction of the disk in the inside region than the section 11a. The member 10 is adhered to a first surface 2a of the disk 2 at the section 11a. Moreover, the member 10 is fitted to the hole 4 of the disk 2 at the section 11b. The outer peripheral of the section 11a is located on the inner side of the outermost side of a clamp region 6 which is beforehand set for clamping a single plate disk. |
