PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield layer by completely filling a space between straight fill lines of one or plural parallel straight line groups comprising a conductive layer on at least one plane of a transparent board by applying an electromagnetic wave shield member in both directions on a transparent resin layer, except for the straight line region of other straight line group, and by forming the conductive layer of a conductive ink. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding layer region 123 consists of a transparent board 110, conductive layer 120 and transparent resin layer 130. In the electromagnetic wave shielding layer region 123, two parallel line groups composed of the conductive layer 120 cross and form a mesh, and the mesh is used as the electromagnetic wave shielding layer. The space between straight lines of each parallel straight line group is completely filled in the plane direction on the transparent layer 130, except for the straight line region of other straight line group. The conductive layer 120 forming the straight line group is composed of a conductive ink. Since a grounding frame 125 is a conductive layer composed of the conductive ink as the straight line group composed of the conductive layer 120 forming the mesh, the electromagnetic wave shielding layer can be formed relatively easily. |
