PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation according to a set state of a time zone concerned by referring to a current time when a calling arrives and providing a control means for having a call informing means, an automatic call receiving means and a recording means operate in accordance with an adjustment value and the set state corresponding to the time zone concerned. SOLUTION: When a call arrives information that there is the call is transmitted to a CPU 1 by way of a base band LSI 12. The CPU 1 refers to a clock counter 2 built-in in the CPU, confirms a current time, reads time zone information stored in a memory 4 and decides which time zone the current time belongs to.
