PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable driving by a motor, using a desired waveform such as a sine wave by realizing high speed switching to a switching means such as a transistor, in a case such that a drive coil voltage of a motor is controlled by a pulse width modulation(PWM) method. SOLUTION: A circuit 100 is provided with a P-type first switching means 3, an N-type second switching means 4, a voltage-clamping type cutoff means 1 provided to the input electrode of the P-type first switching means and a current control means 2. Here, the input electrode of the P-type first switching means 3 is controlled by the voltage clamping type current means 1 and the current control means 2. |
