摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an on-vehicle system which takes safety, operability, etc., into consideration by confirming the intention and action of the user and predicting the next action from the movement of the eyeballs. SOLUTION: An interface between the intention, action, etc., of a man and an external device is established by being mounted on a moving body such as aircraft or a vehicle that the man operates. The eyeball 7 of the user 8 irradiated with light such as infrared rays by a light source 3 is photographed by a video camera 1 and a gazed point detecting means 2, detects the gazed direction, angle, and feature points of the eyeball 7 of the user 8 from the photographed video of the eyeball 7 to control the light source 3. A computer 4 controls a display unit 5 and analyzes detection information on the eye ball 7 of the user 8 inputted from the gazed point detecting means 2 to control the external device 6 and inputs operation information from the external device 6. The display unit 5 displays the video under the control of the computer 4 and the external device 6 is controlled by the computer 4 to actually operates and output operation information.
