PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make performable the data processing and issue of an IC card by adding a simple constitution to a device, which can surely discharge only one card, by providing a connector means for data processing of the IC card inserted from the outside. SOLUTION: When an IC card 32 is inserted, a controller drives a motor reversely. The IC card 32 is connected to a connector 22 by reverse rotation of the motor, and the front edge of the connector 22 turns on a switch. When the switch is turned on, a device controller sends a connection signal to a host controller. Thus, the IC card 32 is connected to the connector 22 and is left still in this state, and data communication is performed between the host controller and the IC card 32. If communications between the controller and the IC card 32 are successful and completed, an issue signal is sent from the controller to a sub-controller, and the sub-controller rotates the motor forward. As the result, the IC card 32 reaches a reception frame 23 to complete the preparation for manual taking-out. |
